The Symantra platform solves several challenges for the mioty alliance. Before the transformation, mioty was working with Microsoft licences, Excel, Pipedrive and several disconnected tools. This meant additional costs, complexity for everyday users and quite a lot of manual administration outside the CRM.
The objective was much more than replacing a CRM. It was to build a digital ecosystem that could support our growth and improve the Member experience. Simple and scalable are the key words as many members only use the portal now and then. We launched quite recently but feed-back is positive as it is a modern Members Platform with Groups, channels, B2B networking, document collaboration and Member self service.
It is very well suited for business/member associations like ours, reducing manual work and improving data quality.
